If there is a 10 star rating, i would give this muar local deli a 10. Its the only mee bandung in muar who make it to the taste bud of president nathan singapore, serves the most politicians and celebrity chef.

The umami taste of this mee Bandung is absolutely amazing. The aroma of the prawn would fill up your nasal and mouth once you put the noodle into your mouth. A few bite of this would make you barely taste the coffee fragrance. Can you imagine that? If cant, just drop by and have one and you will know.

The mee bandung taste is heavenly, unique and delicious. The broth is rich with some prawn taste, unlike any other mee bandung I have tried. It is served with a poached egg, prawns and many vege. They sure have some secret recipe in preparing the broth, considering it has been very popular for ages. The serving is generous with very reasonable price. Service is fast and attentive. This is actually a stall in a Chinese style kopitiam shop lot. The drink business is run by Chinese. The kopi here is also very good! This restaurant can be very crowded, so avoid peak hours like lunch time. Parking can be difficult along the main road outside...

It's not the normal Mee Bandung taste I'm used to. I mean, the gravy is not red but it was still delicious. Food ordered arrived promptly. The owner was very friendly. I imagine that's why his place is popular, he himself is a walking marketing tool. Good job!
