Beef brisket, stomach and slices were of good grade. Very tender and cooked to perfection.
Meat ball shape was not uniform and were excellent. Well seasoned and delectable. One of the best I had.
Soup was rich and sweetish.
The laifun (rice noodle) was tossed in thick black sauce mix. The shallot oil elevated the dish to a whole new level. Laifun was of a right consistency, with a slight chewy texture.
Unlike the hainanese style which is blanketed with thick and sticky sauce and served with pickled vegetables and peanuts.
Another highlight is their beef slice and radish soup. Soup is not as sweet (which I preferred) but of great intensity. Beef slices were tender though I would love more radish.

The beef noodle is one of the best in JB. The beef is cooked to the right degree, it is tender. They are also generous with the beef stomach, tendon and brisket.
