(Morning Shift Staff)
This morning I placed a mobile order for a burger set for my colleagues’ birthday celebration. I came all the way from Kajang to self-collect. When I reached, there was a Malay male staff working at the counter and his face already showed no mood. He treated me with a bad attitude.
I requested extra chilli sauce but he just replied “inside already have” and refused to give more. I trusted the order and didn’t check on the spot. However, when I reached my workplace, I found out that one of the burgers was missing. This is not the first time because almost every time I order from here something is missing. I am not eating for free, I am paying for my food, so why can’t the staff do their job properly?
Because of this, I had to waste time and petrol to drive again from Kajang back to Cheras just to collect my missing burger. When I returned, the same Malay staff saw me and started talking about me to other staff members, and they all looked at me like I had done something wrong. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
Please improve your service, check orders properly, and train your staff to treat customers with respect. Do not show bad attitude and...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at McDonald's Aeon Cheras today. The staff were extremely rude. When I placed my order, I selected a table number, but someone else took it. To avoid any confusion, I went to the counter to wait for my food. However, when a female staff member asked me what I was doing there, I explained the situation, and she gave me an impatient look before rudely telling me, "Tunggu kat belakang!" (Wait at the back).
I was just trying to make things easier for them, yet instead of appreciating it, I was treated with disrespect. This isn’t even the first time I’ve encountered such rude service here. Last year, a male staff member was also very unfriendly—when I asked for some chili sauce, he scolded me!

Read moreI recently visited McDonald’s to purchase a chocolate sundae, and it was a very disappointing experience. The staff was not friendly and responded rudely when I inquired about the lack of chocolate syrup. He said, “Only one pump can be put, because our policy is like that.”
We are not first-time customer. in fact, my family and I have been coming here for almost 20 years. But today, the sundae felt more like a vanilla ice cream with just a very tiny bit of chocolate. We paid for a chocolate sundae, yet it was nothing like what’s advertised.
