it's been ages since my last visit to Nandos. So I decided to try this newly-opened branch in Bangi Avenue. The ambience and decoration was very enchanting. the ordering process was all digital using barcode and pay online or pay cash at the counter. We ordered their signature grilled chicken with side dishes. The chicken was cooked to perfection. tender and juicy. the portion was just right. they even provide free-flow/refillable soft drinks. there were 6 types of soft drink to be chosen. you can also grab the peri-peri sauce from the counter as you like. there are 5 types of sauce:garlic, mixed herbs,mild, hot and extra hot. i found the mixture of mixed herbs and mild sauce really enhance the flavour of the chicken. if i want to pick a flaw, that would be i wish that it...

I’m very disappointed with the attitude shown by the manager at Nando’s Bangi Avenue, Mariam. She was rude and even scolded her staff using harsh words, loud enough for us to hear.

My husband politely approached the preparation area — which is next to the counter and clearly visible to customers — to ask if it was possible to get three thigh parts and one wing part for our 4 quarter chicken order, only if available. However, the way she responded was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Her facial expression was also sour and annoyed (masam kelat mencuka), which made the whole experience uncomfortable. We understand it’s Ramadan and the restaurant was busy, but that’s no excuse for a manager to behave that way in front of customers. Very...
