it's been ages since my last visit to Nandos. So I decided to try this newly-opened branch in Bangi Avenue. The ambience and decoration was very enchanting. the ordering process was all digital using barcode and pay online or pay cash at the counter. We ordered their signature grilled chicken with side dishes. My husband politely approached the preparation area — which is next to the counter and clearly visible to customers — to ask if it was possible to get three thigh parts and one wing part for our 4 quarter chicken order, only if available. However, the way she responded was very unprofessional and unpleasant.
