Pavillion Steak & Grill and Catering — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

We went yesterday and the first thing I noticed was how convenient the place was. There were lots of parking spaces available. There is a ramp at the entrance where the wheel-chairs are easily accessible. The tables were adequately spaced, there were toddler chairs available. The menu offered a variety of choices (they have arabian and western variety) except malay cuisine which is a bummer (had I come with my parents, they will have limited choices to choose from). The food we ordered Crispy Chicken Chop, Australian T-bone Steak and Meatball Carbonara were to my liking. First two were excellent, unfortunately for carbonara it was rather too creamy to my liking (it tasted like formula milk). The sinks were also designed to meet young kids height. Haven't been to the toilet so I cannot comment on that. All in all, I would say the owner is thoughtful for coming out with the idea that not many eateries would offer and this place is recommended for the whole family. Don't bother wasting your money and time here. Service very slow, waited for more than 40mins for the foods. Even the fries alone sampai after 40mins? Merepek. Ordered some premium steak and non premium ones, the non premium striploin dia punya liat tu sama macam makan selipar ye, liat namampos! The premium ribeye okay, but the other premium striploin chewy eehhhh baik order the non premium ones kalau tahu kena kunyah selipar gak. Also ordered their grilled chicken, nohh aku makan ayam ke makan daging liat ni apooo ayam pun liat noksss. And let me tell you bout the buffalo wings, more like ayam goreng tepung with the side of hot sauce and air cheese. Cheese sauce? More like air cheese. The aglio oglio? More like soup seafood pasta! The nachos was also mehhh. The only good food there is their premium ribeye steak. First and last time coming here. Will not recommend to anyone! Please hire new chefs cause what was that...

Seafood Aglio Olio : seafood was not fresh, lookslike not clean properly, feel sandy. Beef bacon salted egg cream : the sauce was okay but the beef was so hard, i almost choked. We ordered beverages with less sugar/less sweet but seems the waiter ignored our request. We try to ordered Churros but it wasn't available. That's not the case until the waiter told us they are busy hence no Churros. I think it is not professional to tell customer they can't prepare the food becaise they are busy. It is a restaurant, do you hope no people come then you can make Churos??? I asked for a tomato ketchup but again the waiter answered shockingly that their restaurant doesn't have tomato ketchup.
