The tablet use for ordering is out of battery, when asked about the tablet, she does not respond, so kerek, the aircond is not working during the time i dine in. I have to wait at least 15 minutes to pay at the counter coz nobody was thr. Disappointed😞. Read moreThe worst sushi king branch ever existed. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I came here for lunch during bonanza. Seems like everything is not ready and cant be ordered. We can only have those on the belt and all basically the same thing. We tried to order duck, meat or chicken sushis, they said not ready, still frozen (??). And we also tried to order salmon since its not on the belt, they said cannot because they are preparing other things in big batches. The bonanza is for only 45 mins! Luckily the waiter speak nicely.
Just stay away as far as possible from this branch. Go to bangi gateway or metropoint so that you will be more satisfied. Unless they change or improve their service...

(Salmon, and crabstick topping on golden ball) I wonder how they stored the salmon and how many days the sushi were recycled on the conveyer belt. When we opened the plastic cover of the sushi we can immediately smell it. Such an appetite killer. Told one of the worker abt this but I’m not sure if he acknowledged my remark.
