Red Card Cafe — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

First visit was few years back.

Still maintain the quality of the food.

Ambience/Area/Service: Located at shop lot, quite hidden with limited parking space, during weekend kinda hectic. On weekend pack with ppl, please do reserve your table first if u come with family. Cozy place with nice decoration, good for birthday celebration. Table setup can fit small couple or big family. Service wise for waiter, not really friendly. Just standard show table, not really will advice u what to eat. Maybe i know what to order already.

Food: I ordered sirloin steak, because this is my favourite. Consider cheap for sirloin steak around RM3+.++ I love the way they cook, you can choose the doneness. I always stick with my medium rare for normal restaurant. Black paper gravy on the side, this is consider well serve that suite for the person who are not into dipping the meat with any gravy. Black paper sauce is nice, not thick. But the flavor up to the note. Meshed potato also nice, i can taste the creame and soft texture. Gravy for meshed potato delicious! Sauté brocoli cook very well, juicy and still crunchy. Another dishes i ordered is lambchop. Not much side dish. Just simple potato salad. They also serve good pasta, kids would love it. Dont afraid to try it. Not to forget rheir pastry also good, i try choclate eclair, delicious!

The only thing that i found still need to improve is how the food order que, not according to the table. Because my food arrived first and it took almost 15mins later for the lamb to arrive.

Table next to us that come later get their food first. Hope they can improve on that.

Overall i still satisfy especially...

I'm a regular here because I love the food and service here....however the service very bad today, we had place our booking 2 weeks earlier...however they lost our booking detail..luckly we manage to get a table upstair...but there is no waiter to serve us...we need to help ourself (I think they need to install the system that can help them aware with the need of customer upstairs)... the food take sometime to arrive which is understandable as it is a weekend..but the pasta is salty, lamb shank is ice cool (that it my favourite dish..now it taste horrible😭😭😭)....I need to sent it back to the kitchen..(I need to find the waiter down stair by myself since there is no waiter to serve us)..when I told about it when I want to make a payment...they not even bother to take note about it..may be sometime I need to speak to their manager...I feel soo bad for my family...since I thought I'm gladly want to recommend this place to them...with their service tonight....I dont think so... So..my verdict..please avoid weekend or holidays...because they cannot serve you properly...

Carpark : A lot of public carpark Ambience : Warm & cozy, suitable for family & friends gathering. Price : Fairly acceptable, but lamb shank & mixed platter price a bit on higher side. Food : Overall good, but a lot to improve. Service : Good & quite fast.

Food comments : 1- Root bear with float should be an easy task, but failed to do properly. Not enough ice & glass is too big for one can of root beer. 2 - Mashed potatoes & meatball, the only good thing is the caramelised onions. Others is mehh. 3 - Butter broccoli, not generously buttered. 4 - Maryland fried rice, rice got perfect wokhei. Love it. Chicken, cooked evenly & juicy. The batter they used is a bit on the spices side, which i like it so much.

But but but, your coleslaw & 1 piece of salad is sooo shmooolllll. Come on, put it proportionally or else don't put it. People are judging your food. Customer paid RM20 but u can only put 1 tablespoon of coleslaw. Please improve.

Will come again? Of course. But i think i will go for their asian...
