ZUS Coffee - Sunway Gandaria, Bangi — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

edited my review because of the bad experience we had today am with one of the lady staff:

I used to love ZUS because it's very convenient to buy from ZUS app and simply pick up/deliver.either here in bangi/KL. I used to order a few times via the ZUS app & opted for pick up at ZUS bangi. sometimes ordered via grabfood too if at KL.My son usually collects the order while me/husband & waiting in the car downstairs with the other kids.please take note here in sunway gandaria ,the parking at ground floor is limited.u have to park at basement parking most of the time or else if ure in hurry just get it delivered to your doorstep/just get somebody to help to pick up your drink

no issues at all of my boy collected the previous orders for us before these. He just mentioned name & d staffs BEFORE THESE were great enough to entertain him professionally. BUT TODAY IT WAS BAD DAY FOR HIM, the lady staff mocked him & he came to the car in tears and trembling.we're not sure what exactly this lady said,When my husband came to clarify,she simply said repeatedly "saya gurau je En"..Please be professional next time regardless of whoever's picking up the orders & STRICTLY NO SUCH THING OF GURAU JE to your anonymous customer.

alternatively, Starbucks is so far never disappointed me in terms of their professional staff&service.no wonder despite of more expensive,some peoples willing to spend money there. but it's a lil bit far at seksyen 15.Seksyen 9 ,we have HALAL PLANET,richiamo coffee,red card.seksyen 7,qahwa cafe.d'wan chef wan also serves the best coffee.

Free plain water is provided but the glasses were not so clean. Need to rinse first before using them.

Not really a suitable place to do work if you prefer a quiet working space as the cafe is small, hence the noise from the blenders and all can be quite loud.

The cleaning work is quite poor, used tables are left for quite some time before cleaned. I had a used glass left on my table without being removed even after I left the cafe.

However, the coffees were good. The interior is nice also and I can say I would come here again but maybe just to chill and drink a cup of coffee. The staffs didn’t really care if u stay long (not being busybody or whatnot) so can la if u want to do work with earphones on (to avoid the noise).

Oh ya extra info for those who are not familiar with this place (like me), the parking is free I’m not sure if it’s only for now. I parked my car in the basement area—the security guard just asked me where I’m headed to and he will lift the barrier...

the spanish latte is delicious, probably one of the best coffees I’ve had (personal preference) I studied there for a few hours and it was okay. a bit noisy because the baristas shout and talk loudly but I won’t complain because that’s just how they run their business and they don’t market as a study cafe so if anything I was at fault haha. they provide water so you can help yourself, I’ve never tried so can’t say much. wifi is good. the cocoa mocha frappe is alright, not that different from other cafes. However the whip cream is nothing like I’ve tasted before, it doesn’t taste like any other whip cream, instead it tastes like the cream on cakes. I was rather surprised, personally I don’t like it because I don’t like those kind of cakes. but for those who do, they may enjoy it. safe to say I wouldn’t be purchasing their frappes anymore but will come back for the hot drinks (always...
