Restoran Ratha Banana Leaf Cuisine ரதா வாழை இலை உணவு உணவகம் — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

visited this restaurant today 21/01/23 and had bad experince on my 1st visit

1. i suspect banana leaf is re-used and washed again for next customer..clearly can see which has black mark and some stain in few banana leaf

2. staff are very rude and easily will show their face if you reject anything (example ordered teh tarik but gets teh ais )

3. food are expensive and not worth of price

4. fish curry was so tasteless and i can feel more curry powder

5. while were eating the staff was actually cleaning the table beside us which is ok but , started throwing curry and drinks into their tray which actually spilled to our shirt and table. the staff actually aplogised but where is the common sense when cleaning table and making sure its doesn't spill to next table or someone next standing or sitting??? we walked away without eating the food as the guy spoilled the mood to eat with paying the price quoted

6. dhall was served with an insect and when i asked what is this , the indonesian lady acted like nothing there i can see and wanna take up argue and keep denying it was not any insect there .

7. fried fish tasted like it was fried yesterday and heated again to serve next day

8. not recommended at all and will...

Pro: The service was ok , fast . We ordered masala tea and it taste good. Date : 9/2/2023 @ 1230hrs Con Went for lunch and ordered chicken varuval. The dish, chicken varuval tastes so bad and weird . At first we tought it is chicken ketchup but the worker claimed it is varuval. i even called up another worker there and asked him what dish is this and he said ketchup and the other worker said varuval. What i can assumed here is, i guess they recycled the dish maybe balance chicken ketchup was recycled to become chicken varuval or vice versa. When we taste, it was so bad and tastless. Hope the owner can explain on this

0 star . Owner is rude. So was the person sitting as the cashier. The glass of water was very dirty. They didnt wash the glass when told my friend , she scremed from the table " i changed it right" very rudely. When serving food on banana leaf owner was serving rudely . Food was given in a very small portion .( Kedekut) . Papadam was given very little eventough i ask more. I will complain this to kkm to monitor their food hygeine safety.

When paying up, she screamed very rudely again . I wish people dont have to go through this situation ever.

Disappointed!!!!! Worst banana...
