Sophia Bangkok Cuisine Sdn. Bhd. — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Went here yesterday 31/12/2020. This was not the 1st time here, and definitely the LAST! first 2 visits were awesome. Nice food with good service even they were full house. During our 3rd visit at 9 pm, we were rejected by one of the waiter said their kitchen is closed so we went to the next shop One Ikan Bakar and found that their shop is way better than this. So yesterday i gave another try to dine in for dinner at this shop. Reached around 7.20 pm. The shop was almost half empty with only 4 occupied tables. So we choose a long table near the counter as we were 6 of us. Then one of the waiter said, we need to sit at table no 12. So we went and found there was a reserved sign on the table. The other waiter came and said to us that the table is reserved and asked us to sit at table no 13 or the 1st table that we choose! What on earth is happening to these people? The i think so called a "manager" came and said to us, we can choose whichever table that we want to sit 😒 wasting time! Then we were not given the menu until we have to called them which all of them pretend to be busy - busy hanging around the counter. We even had to repeat our order twice. There were 2 branch of Sophia Bangkok. I used to go to the smaller one. The food was nice, service is fast/in acceptable time. But then it closed down and we went to the big branch.

The waiting time for food is expected but judging from previous comment, it seems like there's no improvement to the service time even after all this while

There's no table number on the table but we were asked for it during payment (in which they only accept cash or online bank transfer to cimb)

The food is as good as the previous one except the kailan ikan masin was a let down. It wasn't as good as previous one.

I had been coming to the previous smaller branch of sophia bangkok cuisine 4 times, bringing friends and family travelling 50km+ to dine in. But after tonight's dinner, I would probably not come again unless they can improve their service time. It's never acceptable to wait 1 hour+ to get your...

The best big restaurant with cheap price in this local area. First time come here with family because the view. Thai restaurant and western food. I try tomyam putih, soup ekor, siakap tiga rasa, padthai daging, kueytiaw seafood, lamb chop, cheesy chicken milanese, all is good for my family and me. I’m shock for the price, because you get tasty and price too much cheap for another restaurant here. I go many restaurants in bangi area, no have view and quality like this restaurant. Parking easy, have fresh air because the garden, have tv, aquarium nice, music romantic haha, the worker nice. Maybe the service little slowly because when I came here too much customers, but it’s okay. And the cashier tell me have another branch in jalan reko.
