First of all at the ordering section, we don't know that there are 2 types of "nasi kerabu". We only know that it is the one with blue rice. So when we order the rice, we kinda confused when the staff ask "nasi kerabu golok ?". We were like, what does she mean by nasi kerabu golok ? Then the staff pass our order to another staff and the other staff gives us bad attitude. We can't even survey what they have for the additional food to be mixed with our rice (lauk) because she wants to settle our order fast.
Another problem is the pic at the cashier. I suggest that you remember what number that came out from the cashier's mouth. I pay for 2 person meal at first, so i tell the cashier what we have for food and drinks. Then she tell me the price. I certainly remember the value is below RM20, so i give the cashier RM20. And then my friend at the back tell me that i forget to mention about the desert (kuih). So i tell the cashier to add the "kuih" into the payment. Then she say its RM23. This is were the problem started. Like i said, i have already give the cashier RM20, so i just give another RM3, but then the cashier suddenly ask me if the total should be RM27. Then i tell her, before adding the "kuih" price, it should be less than RM20. Its kind of weird the price can go up to like that for a small portion of "kuih". And the she ask me what is the price before adding the "kuih". How should i know ? Plus ! She uses calculator ! What's the use of her pressing the calculator if she ask me that kind of question ? Sounds stupid right ? Luckily my friend at the back remember the amount before adding the "kuih" is RM17. So the total is RM23. So i suggest that you guys should also count the numbers yourself to avoid this kind of problem.
Despite all of this inconveniences, i can assure you that the foods are...

Pros nasi kerabu tumis and nasi kerabu golok are comparable to other famous nasi kerabu stalls, this shop definitely is one of the best in the lot 👍🏻 (the best is subjective, for me jijah nk stall still the top, it depends on your personal preferences ✌🏼) even my 2yo kid likes the nasi kerabu tumis, and she is one kind of a picky eater roasted lamb and solok lada is highly recommended as lauk for the nasi kerabu 😋 seating is adequate, however need to come early (before 8am), after 8am it becomes crowded cold water is self service eatery do provide baby chair (simple ones) prices are affordable even to B40 apart from nasi kerabu, they do have nasi dagang/nasi berlauk/nasi lemak/variety of kuih-muih for breakfast
Cons no mysejahtera app scanner for the shop, which for me is a very important feature to have during PKP period, even the shop owner is not enforcing one meter distance during queeing 😓😓😓 , and the staffs are wearing mask under their chin, please take caution when dining in/queeing for food and wear your mask properly to avoid another cluster oike sivagangga parking is a hassle, however you guys can park at masjid quddus parking area for easy and non-obstructive parking the kitchen looks old and musty, however overall cleanliness acceptable only cash is acceptable, no ewallet/card payment at the shop
At moment, suggest better call earlier and have your order done for pickup to minimise...

It took us close to 3 hours journey from Gua Musang all the way to Kota Bharu passing places like Kuala Krai and Machang which slowed us down due to heavy traffic, eventually reached our lunch place.
I've been looking for a good nasi kerabu (or Kabu for Kelantanese) and found Lieniey. Parking was slightly difficult as it was limited and by the roadside.
◾Nasi Kerabu - my only grouse was the usage of white rice instead of the customary blue pea-coloured rice. Maybe they were out of blue pea flower that day. Apart from that, everything else were good - ulam, keropok, budu and gulai sauce combined well together for nasi kerabu experience. The ayam bakar was slightly on the sweeter side though. ◾Nasi Dagang - surprise surprise as I liked their version of this dish more popular in Terengganu. Using genuinely nasi Dagang rice, ikan tongkol doused in sweetish gravy and half salted egg.. I finished the whole pack in no time. ◾Solok lada marked my first time trying this stuffed chilly using grated coconut, fish meat and coconut milk. Also known as lada sumbat, it is a popular side dish normally consumed together with nasi kerabu and nasi dagang.
As per Kelantanese standard, most gravies lean on the sweeter side....
