Service So Bad, I Thought I Was on a Hidden Camera Show

If you’re into thrillers, Cherita Kita Cafe offers a truly suspenseful experience☺️ Will the waiter be nice to you? Will the food ever be served? Who knows! The plot twists kept coming all night🤩and I was on the edge of my (very uncomfortable) seat.

I ordered a spaghetti just now but the service here is so slow that I was convinced they were preparing the food from scratch—like, literally, planting the vegetables out and waiting for them to grow and ship it back to kelantan all the way from Italy.🤨

At one point, I started to wonder if this was some kind of elaborate social experiment where they test how long people can survive without asking WHERE IS MY FOOD!!🫥

After 35 mins of waiting, I had almost forgotten I was there to have my dinner, I asked the waiter : “hi can you check on our food, it seems to take pretty long.” 😅

He looked at me 🤨 and gave me the look like he seemed confused by our desire to, you know, eat. Apparently, ordering food at this restaurant is a bold move😅

After awhile he came back to me and said : “so how? You want to cancel your order? Because we haven’t start to cook your food yet. 😨 (you might wonder, maybe it’s full house and they short of staff) 🙂‍↔️ there’s only 3 tables including me and my girl😅

In summary, if you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience and dining at a glacial pace, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, I suggest bringing snacks and lowering your expectations😅

Jokes aside, I’m not writing this to sabotage someone’s business, but I feel a responsibility to warn the next unsuspecting victim who searches TikTok for a nice café to chill in KB. Cherita Kita Cafe may look cute in videos, but trust me, appearances can...

Great food, very delicious n tasty. I ordered Nasi Goreng Kimchi + Chicken Popcorn Korea. Price wise, food are fairly priced, very reasonable n affordable price for the food. Portion also very great, surely can make you full. Can even share with 2 person if you didnt eat that much. Beautiful place, just it is not air conditioned so, a bit hot on hot days even though there's a lot of fans there. Also the food took quite sometime to arrived(it's a bit late to be honest, but the waiter do apologize for the late food.) Overall it's an enjoyable experience eating there for the good food with well priced food. Will definitely repeat once in awhile for the nasi goreng kimchi 😄 Thank you for the good service 🙏 Look forward to eat...

service was so bad, so disappointing. kali ke empat datang sini, service was getting so progressively slow and worse every time. waiting time is 30 mins+ for first food to arrive at the table. noticed customers at two other tables who came far later than us dapat makanan dulu. had to ask the waiter baru dapat makanan. food is fine and sedap some more, though chicken skin quite burnt. rugi lah if tak make amends to services and losing many customers over poor service/management. i’ll always come back for the food, but after experiencing poor services twice — i’ll have to rethink. pls improve your order management...
