Another observation I made was regarding the wait time for food during peak hours, which can be quite lengthy. On some occasions, it took nearly 30 minutes to an hour for the dishes to be served. This delay may be attributed to the cafe's focus on preparing Western cuisine. I had been to your cafe for a few times, but this round felt really disappointed. Especially the service given by the staff. I raised my hand and no one notice me for taking order for me. They kinda like day dreaming or enjoying their own world? I waited my food and I probably made my order first before another 2 table who came in after me, but their food done before mine. Your place payment at the counter, and i stand there waiting for payment, one of your staff was working cleaning up utensils just right in front the counter and she was just made didn't see me? I stand there and wait even some other staff came to the counter to take menu also not want to bill for me.

I ordered the fish and chips at Pupu Cafe, and it was clear the dish had been rushed out—two fillets were stuck together during frying, likely the reason the fish came out visibly undercooked. When I raised the issue, the staff bizarrely insisted the fish was supposed to look slimy, red, and raw. After I complained, the food was taken away, but the chef doubled down, stating that the risk of serving undercooked frozen fish was “acceptable.” No apology. No refund. No one in charge. No manager on site.
