OldTown White Coffee Klang Parade — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Decided to enjoy some CNY solo time, glad I picked here. The whole place is clean & comfortable, lighting is just right, not too bright till hot or too dark like most in-mall restaurants. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. As for the food, by far the best I've ever tried in a long time. Reasonable price, all the dishes served are fresh, delicious & as shown in the menu, not some cheap ripoffs where actual serving size is tiny compared to menu pictures. Very bad experience here. The coffee was tasteless and the service was extremely terrible. When we requested to add some sugar in our coffee as it tastes watery, no bitterness, no sweetness, no taste at all. And one of the chinese lady there, criticised us that we dont know how to enjoy the coffee… Please la, we have drank so many coffee in life, but this was the worst coffee ever! Especially with that attitude! I have experienced the whole service with Oldtown White Klang Parade Branch today. I placed an order but my order was not serve instead they served food to customer come later than me... I ask one of the waiter but he ignored me and don’t bother what I want to say... This is the worst F&B service ! Not even a star they should get. Very disappointed this morning.
