Big Apple Donuts & Coffee @ Sunway Wangsawalk — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

On June 9th morning, around 10-11 am, I went to this store to buy one piece of doughnut. When I ordered a piece of doughnut, the staff’s face looks like shocked , her eyes become wide and she said “nak satu je”??!!!? with a high pitch of noise and I said yes. Idk why she made that kind of reaction. So she proceeded to take my order. At first I ignored her reaction, but actually little do I know that its a sign of red flag from her. Then I received another red flag from her, which was when I made payment using RM 20 note, she keep asking whether I have small money note or not. After I repeatedly said I dont have, she nagged, saying that “pagi2 dah bagi duit besar” like whats her problem?? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO OUT. What made me angry more is the doughnut that I received tasted not as same as the other branches’. Its not as soft as the other branches’. Kinda chewy I would say. So as a LOYAL BIG APPLE CUSTOMER, PLEASE REPLACE YOUR STAFF OR MORE CUSTOMERS WILL BE DISSATISFIED AS I AM. I am beyond disappointed and I would never choose this outlet anymore until this old lady...
