Advertised opening at 10am but I went at 10.18am n their store lights r still off but they r 3 workers (looks like 2 male workers n 1 fenale) bz either making or arranging donuts at display. I wanted to purchase some donuts but one of the worker said 'Belum Bukak' which I asked what time they open n he replied 11am! So i sat at nearby food court n waited n at 10.38am, then only they switch on their signage lights.

Really nice donuts! Used to be bigger and thicker but now shrink to a smaller donut 🍩 Taste remain yum. Love the alien, oreo, almond and pink twister! Staff is very nice with a lovely smile on her faceZ brightens my day. She also reminded us that providing with watson card will be entitled for a good 30% discount! So if you have one, don’t forget to show it! Enjoy ur donuts 🍩

Discouraging cash transaction & no more bags included. Have to pay RM2 instead for non woven bag. Been a loyal customer since 2007. Food wise was good. Sadly transacting mannerism needs improvement. You make good product. Dont let your operation...
