The only commendable thing is Nazreen whom exude the quality of a pure barista whom will put high value on providing highest standard of quality customer service and experience. I ordered a Cafe mocha which taste like milk with not much of coffee nor cocoa. Nazreen replaced it for me and it better than the initial one. That was on last Thursday 12/01/2023 night.
Yesterday I was there again with my best friend and everything was ok, except Nazreen strugled to find the SKU for the cute CNY rabbit bear Keychain to be billed. Ordered a long black.
Typically I will clear my table and thrash the cups into the thrash bin ineixated-i think it was around 9:20pm... And when I let the up into the bin hole, THUMPED- THE SOUND DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT! The bin was removed and one of the female Tudung clad barista showed me the SOUREST Asam face despite I apologized. Anyway why did I have to apologize? Was it my fault that then bin was removed? I don't feel being appreciated to clear the table. Nevertheless I went to Nazreen again (my go to guy) and apologize again before I bid adieu. So much work to be done on this out let's staff behavior and level of service. RESERVE LEVEL AT IT'S LOWEST honestly.

Read moreWe were introduced to this place by our cousin and were oblivious to the Starbucks Reserve brand. Being coffee fans, my partner and I were very pleased with the speciality coffee and wide range of brewing methods. We tried out the Tanzania beans and were pleasantly surprised given we were not expecting very much from Starbucks.
Downside - service! Thus, I am deducting 1* due to this point. Interesting, our poor experience was with staff Go* who seemed thoroughly disinterested in serving us (which can equate to being passively rude to clients) or answering our enquiries on the products on offer (sale). To little surprise, I had read similar reviews on this matter from a few months ago. This probably reflects poorly on staff training and management! The front of house is essentially the 'face of the brand'. I almost felt like wiping the floor with this guys attitude towards my partner and cousin.
Will we return to the establishment? It will be a 'maybe' given the range of coffee here in the Reserve branch, however the price point only emphasises the need that clients expect a much better service as we can patronise better boutique coffee outlets given the increasingly high...

Writing to express dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Starbucks location on 11/10/2024 in the afternoon. During my visit, I encountered behavior from two of your staff members (one man called Seri, another lady with tudung ) that falls short of the standards expected at Starbucks.
While preparing my drinks, the staff members were engaged in a prolonged conversation, talking non-stop. This not only delayed the process, but I also became concerned about the hygiene of my order, as I could not help but wonder how much saliva might have ended up in my drinks. Such behavior is both unprofessional and concerning from a health and safety perspective.
Additionally, when taking my order, the staff member appeared highly disinterested, giving me an unfriendly expression and failing to provide the welcoming service I have come to expect at Starbucks.
