It's their first day opening but I didn't know else won't take the risk to eat on a restaurants first day.

The food is actually quite nice when it came eventually but 50 mins waiting and still food is not here and they just told me the counter manager just enter order and submit to kitchen ??

The foreign worker dispenser is actually quite fast in her work to make the drinks but she is just standing and waiting for the manager to tell her what to make

I fail to understand why they only key in the order 1 at a time?? How can the kitchen plan and cook if you don't send in the orders at once? The kitchen is also quite fast when they submit the order. But the problem is the manager, stop withholding the orders and just let your kitchen handle the prep and cooking...

I really hoping the restaurant owner see this. The front desk cashier woman is not appealing and attentive at all. Dark face on video call or playing phone all time. If you sit down in this restaurant and don’t take the initiative to tell them you want to order. They won’t bother you.

Hoping the management can change the current staff or provide training to them. All the crews very slow and blur. Not to waste the effort in opening this particular restaurant as the food quality is...

I had dinner yesterday, and the chicken chop rice was quite good. While paying at the counter, I noticed the Siew Pao and thought it must be good too, so I packed one to take home. Later that night, I had it as supper and was disappointed to find that the inside of the Siew Pao was burnt, leaving a bitter taste. The filling was sticky, spoiled, and had an unpleasant smell, as if it wasn’t fresh anymore.
