This is my second time coming here. I came for a wash and blow today because I had a date. Lily did an amazing job the first time, which is why I came back — she’s really good at what she does!

But today I was served by someone named Xing Xing, and the experience was terrible. She was impatient and told me it’s okay to leave my hair half wet to dry naturally. I mean, I came for a blow dry to have nice hair, not to walk out with it still wet! When I told her I wasn’t okay with that, she became even more impatient and just roughly blew my hair. I ended up paying and leaving with the hair look messy. Ruined my day.

If the owner sees this, please give Xing Xing some proper customer service training. I’m not asking for much — just a simple wash and blow with basic...

He made sure I was comfortable throughout out and had genuine conversations and laughter. He taught me to how am I able to take care of my hair even better and gave honest suggestions about my hair.
