Firstly, feel bad when I wanna order at counter. Got a staff sticking new promotion/ menu in front. She keep walk in front of me. I'm waiting her finish only I order. Yet while I order, she cross in front me throw a rubbish from left to right. (Bad experience)

Secondly, I order Milo kosong ice large rm8.40. Before or after me was no any customer. Then counter put my "Milo" at counter. I just pay and take over. When I get up to car, only find out they give me the tarik ice!!! I take back to tell them giving wrong! They told me "you Salah angkat, itu bukan you punya. You dah ambil customer lain punya." I asked the customer no take back to change? They say no. Then is my "Salah ambil"!!! I take the beverage in front of the counter while I paying. The staff never mention or say anything. I walk away not too fast also. Nobody come told me I take wrong. If I no bring back to change, Langsung Tak Tau is ME TAKE...

I was there in the morning around 9.30 am and I was the only customer at that time. I ordered bihun goreng siam with teh tarik kaw kaw and it took them a while to prepare my drink. 5 staffs; 2 were arranging inventory, 2 were preparing food related and 1 just standing. I know I'm the only person there waiting, but there's no courtesy of them to inform me to wait, which im okay if they did. I felt stupid standing there waiting if some was actually gonna prepare my drink. When i asked one of the staff members, she asked someone else about my order. Dude, am i invisible?? Another downside is that, like other BKK outlet, this outlet doesn't have their own sitting area. So i had my breakfast at food court, and yes, i cleaned up my trash afterwards.
