As a frequent diner at your restaurant from June to July, I was previously looking forward to giving a glowing five-star review. However, due to the behavior of one staff member, Jennifer Lew, who was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our dining experience, particularly as we approached the end of your promotional "Eat All You Can Buffet" which has led me to revise my rating to just three stars.

On the latest terms and conditions of your promotion, it clearly states that the last food and drinks are served until 10:30 PM. However, Ms. Lew informed us that the last call was actually at 10:00 PM and everything was cleared shortly after 10pm. This inconsistency was not only confusing but also contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere, making us feel rushed and unwelcome as we tried to enjoy our meal.

During one of the occasions, she refused to replace my beer when I found a fly in my half-finished beer. She said she will only replace it on my next visit because she had shut off the beer dispenser and find it troublesome to restart it. This is totally unacceptable! How difficult is it to restart the dispenser? Anyway, this issue has never happened before because the establishment is quite clean.

I believe that customer service is paramount to any dining experience, and unfortunately, Ms. Lew's attitude detracted significantly from what could have been an enjoyable evening. Her behavior was unexpected and quite disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I have had in the past. I believe the management can see from the other reviews that I am not the only person who is complaining about her.

Additionally, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ms. May Wong, your incredible manager. Her warm smile and genuine attentiveness truly make a difference in our dining experience. I appreciate how quickly she addresses customer concerns, and her personal touch in serving us is commendable.

I would also like to recognize all the waitstaff for their friendliness and hard work. Their dedication is evident, and it enhances the welcoming atmosphere of your establishment. The food is always delightful, and the cleanliness of the environment adds to the overall enjoyment...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Emperor Garden Restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience that left me thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.

Let's start with the food – my curiosity was piqued by their signature RM1 Chicken. And boy, it did not disappoint! The chicken was not only crispy but also incredibly flavorful. Each bite was a harmonious blend of spices and textures that left me wanting more. It was indeed a tantalizing treat for my taste buds.

The staff at Emperor Garden were a true highlight of the dining experience. They were not only courteous and welcoming but also incredibly professional in their service. As for the overall food quality, it was simply outstanding. Every dish that graced my table was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavors. Each dish showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen.

A Reliable Spot for Delicious Chinese Food in Menjalara I recently had the chance to dine at Gold Hill Restaurant in Bandar Menjalara, and it was a pretty solid experience all around. Stepping in, the vibe is exactly what you'd hope for from a well-established Chinese restaurant – it's clean, well-lit, and comfortable, making it easy to settle in whether you're there for a quick meal or a more leisurely family dinner. We primarily went for their dim sum, and it definitely hit the spot. The classics like har gao (prawn dumplings) were fresh, plump, and flavourful, clearly made with good ingredients. Their char siew pau was also a winner, with a nicely balanced sweet and savoury filling. Beyond dim sum, we tried a couple of their main dishes, and they didn't disappoint either; good portions and satisfying flavours that felt authentic.
