Unpleasant Service and Deceptive Practices
My recent visit to Chupitos left me with a profoundly negative impression, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience to warn fellow patrons about the questionable practices at this establishment. Regrettably, the night took a turn for the worse due to several issues that marred our enjoyment and trust in the bar's management.
Upon arrival, my group was greeted with apparent indifference from the staff, which set the tone for the evening. Throughout the night, we noticed an alarming lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the waitstaff, as they seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations than catering to customers.
The real concern arose when we decided to order another bottle of our preferred beverage. Shockingly, after finishing our first bottle, we were promptly informed by the bartender that we were deemed "too intoxicated" and would not be served any further alcoholic beverages. While we acknowledge the importance of responsible alcohol service, we found this accusation to be unjustified and offensive, as none of us exhibited any signs of excessive intoxication.
To our dismay, we discovered that the staff had surreptitiously taken away an entire bucket of beers that we had barely touched, alleging that we had consumed them already. This blatant dishonesty left us feeling betrayed and scammed, as we were wrongfully charged for beverages we never received.
Adding to the frustration, the management displayed a dismissive attitude when we attempted to address these issues. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, they deflected blame onto the patrons, further deepening our sense of dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, my experience at Chupitos was undoubtedly subpar, marred by indifferent service, dishonest practices, and an overall lack of customer-centricity. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to others, as I believe that ethical business practices and customer satisfaction should be paramount in any service-oriented business.

Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer at Chupitos for over 6 years. It’s always been one of my favorite spots, the staff are incredibly friendly, the vibe is great, and I always have a good time.
But last night (31/5/2025 Saturday)was a huge letdown because of the DJ. The music selection was terrible, old, boring songs that completely killed the mood. It felt like he had no interest in reading the crowd or creating a fun atmosphere. Honestly, it seemed like he just showed up with a random playlist, played whatever he wanted with zero energy, and left without a care if anyone enjoyed themselves.
He wasn’t approachable or friendly either. A good DJ should connect with the crowd and help elevate the night — this one did the opposite. It felt like he was just there to get paid and go home, not to make the night memorable.
I’ll definitely keep coming back to Chupitos because the staff and overall vibe are great but if this DJ is playing again, I won’t be sticking around. Music matters, and a bad DJ can ruin an otherwise...
Read moreService: OUT! Lazy bartender included the girl at cashier just playing phone all night long. Staff not friendly and look at people like they don’t have money after first drinks ordered. Then they will not entertain your request afterwards. Except if you buy another drinks or shot.
Price: OK for tower and bottle if compare to other bar at trec. Yet! This is not a reason customer get unpleasant service from you all. Because we did pay for your service tag and service charge with charge us twice on receipt!
