Tun Razak Exchange MRT Station (KG20 / PY23) — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

Dear RapidKL Please install CCTV at all escalator in the station for security reasons. If you do have them installed, you might want to review the footage on the Apr 18th, 2025, around 0907-0911hrs (morning)on the left escalator from the ticketing counter level going up to The Exchange mall entrance level (the level where GIGI Coffee located). If there's no CCTV installed, I think it's time to make it compulsory to have one at every escalator at all your public transportation station so that all criminal and inappropriate behaviour can be prevented and recorded as a solid evidence. Or maybe you can put additional Polis Bantuan officer in uniform or PLAINCLOTHES to do extra monitoring duty, especially at the escalator going up. Tq.

a very convenient MRT station in the middle of the city. a lot of people disembarked from putrajaya line and runs to kajang line. usually these trains open up their doors / arrived at almost the same time which created a scenic view of kiasu-ness and running to catch the trains by the commuters. the station is only connected to exchange 106, by which the walk is about 10 mins because there are a couples of stair cases need to be passed. and at exhange 106 are only some restaurants such as bungkus kaw kaw ,...

Quite centered in the city. Easy to go to anywhere in the city. It has two lines, one is Putrajaya Line and the other one is Kajang Line. The Putrajaya Line is very helpful for anyone who takes the train frequently, same for the Kajang Line because it can take you to Bukit Bintang, the center of KL. But sometimes the train would keep stopping at each station for a very long time, and just won't move. It even stopped on the rail halfway to the next station. I thought there was a bomb or terrorist attack...
