Edited: Not sure why, but ever since I came on 28th January, I kept coming back to meet Mr. Ikhmal. Especially after he “influenced” me about the Az Zahra collection. He even went out of his way to help me get the bracelet and ring set in the three-tone color that I wanted. He made calls here and there until he managed to secure the exact one I was looking for.

Not only that, there was another Az Zahra bangle and ring set that wasn’t available at Habib TRX, but Mr. Ikhmal willingly acted as a runner to collect it from Alamanda and Wangsa Maju branches.

Then, when Habib held their Showcase at IOI Mall Putrajaya, I made another appointment with Mr. Ikhmal as soon as I found out he would be on duty there. After purchasing a bangle and ring set for my daughter, he willingly spent almost 30 minutes explaining about the Hearts on Fire diamond. His explanation changed our perception of diamonds, which we used to think were a waste of money to buy. (Tak mampu sebenarnya) 🤭🤭🤭

And again, two days in a row before Raya, we went to see Mr. Ikhmal to buy the remaining pieces from the butterfly pendant collection. Dapatlah dua design daripada 4 design yang Habib keluarkan).

Again, on Saturday, 19th April, I went to Habib TRX once more upon Hari Raya invitation by him. At first, I promised myself not to purchase anything—but I ended up with three diamond rings (yg mur mur je).

Sometimes, it’s not really about wanting to buy something, but the salesperson’s attitude and character that draws us in—even if our budget is just so-so. Thank you, Mr. Ikhmal.

This review has been long overdue! In April 2025, my husband and I visited Habib TRX outlet. We purchased two rings - both for me— one is a stunning sapphire ring and another one is an incredibly special gift from him: a solitaire ring.

I cannot express how happy and fulfilled I feel with this purchase. My husband had been wanting to gift me a solitaire for quite some time for our upcoming wedding anniversary which was in July, and the one we found at Habib was absolutely perfect. It truly felt like the ring had been waiting for us. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out—it’s elegant, timeless, and everything I ever dreamed of.

I’d also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ikhmal, who went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely attentive as we explored our options. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly the right ring. The solitaire ring, needless to say, carries a deep emotional meaning for us both.

What touched us most was Mr. Ikhmal’s thoughtful gesture to ensure we received the ring the same day, knowing we had a flight back to our country the next day. Not only did he arrange everything quickly, but he personally delivered the ring to us—something we will never forget.

Entering the shop with intention to look and see only, we went to the diamond ring section. Ikhmal Azizi approached us and mentioned about the current Merdeka promotion. And.. he didn’t give up on us though we just nod our heads to acknowledge his presence.

My sis & I continued to look at the rings while Ikhmal share the details of the different type of diamonds in the store.

Impressed with his customer service, we decided to look at the certified diamonds. Having a little bit info about diamonds I began to ask him about the differences in clarity, colour & cut.

Ikhmal is very experienced and knowledgeable diamond sales person. We throw him questions and he answered confidently & factful. The best, he is able to give the best price for certified diamond & ring within my budget, wants & its worth. There is no hard selling and he tirelessly explain and calculate the different diamonds valid we asked for.

I eventually bought one. Ikhmal went all the way on his off day (without us knowing) to help me with the setting of the diamond with Habib craftsman’s so I can have them before I flew back home.

My first purchase of a diamond ring in a foreign land & I am so grateful Ikhmal served us. He is well trusted, provides extra mile service and he really understands a woman’s diamond desire.
