The experience of dinning in Mid-Air is not just an experience full of adventure and fun but also requires lot of effort and coordination.
Dinner in the Sky strives to strike a perfect balance of providing an adventurous dinning experience without being gimmicky.
Good food, good music, hardworking attendants and adventure fused so well that it's impossible to not enjoy the whole experience.
They have a set menu which is priced based on three and five course meal. We chose to go for a three course that comprised of a welcome drink, a salad / entre, main and a dessert.
Kids of certain height and age are not allowed so it would help if you enquired prior to making reservations.
KL weather is quite erratic and if luck is not on your side, please be strong enough to experience disappointment as they do not refund the moolah. So, makes sure you enquire about their refund policy.
At the base camp, you can drink as much and visit the rest room as much as once in air, you'll be at your own mercy unless you have worn a diaper
Vegans and Vegetarians wouldn't be disappointed. But this one is definitely not for those who are on Budget Travel.
Having said that, it isn't something we would be eager or keen to do every time even if our travel budget approves of the splurge, and thus, rate it is as "Good Enough to...
Read moreProbably one of the best experiences of my life. If you are in KL and even thinking about doing this then you should. If you are afraid of heights then you should watch the videos on youtube first to get an idea of what you are in for, if you are brave enough to go ahead with it then it is well worth the price as the experience of nothing below you while you eat taking in the 360 degree views is priceless. The hosts are fantastic and even add a touch of humour throughout the evening. The food is really good, you get music throughout the whole experience to add to the atmosphere. The best bit is you are permitted cameras unlike similar experiences in some western countries, and if you are brave enough you can recline your seat all the way so you are horizontal 50m above the ground!!! One bit of advice do not plan anything afterwards as the experience will be delayed in case of bad weather which is a regular occurance in KL. But the storms do pass quickly so it is unlikely it would...

The staff are courteous, the food is great but most especially, the view of Malaysia's business district is magnificent, especially the twin towers just being a few blocks away. Do note that the KL tower is being blocked mostly but can still be seen a bit compared to the advertisement. The only one preventing me from getting it into 5 star is the venue itself is less presentable. The parking space leading to the entrance proper is made of stones and rubble. But maybe this is there way not to jack up the price, after all you will not be staying on the ground. The food i would say is good. We had chicken and beef. And while the chicken stands out than the fillet mignon, I would give kudos to the yam as...
