Tun Razak Exchange — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

As a 'mall-a-holic' had to visit KL's latest shopping venue. Mixed feelings as I am no fan of 'elite' brands and other options are just the same as nearly every other city mall. My sense is this as much a tourist attraction as a shopping location. Big crowds especially at holiday times. Transport / access is first class when using MRT..cannot comment on the parking or road system. F&b on the lower ground ought to be more diverse - many too similar and more choice of coffee shops would be appreciated. Is a MESS... Today is public holiday. People are a lot but the MRT ticket purchasing counter and machine are not enough. 6 ticket machines but only 2 allow to purchase token 3 under maintenance. 🤦 Que long when reach the machine only get to know there is no token (only top up). No staff to guide, give instructions or let people know the machine has no token. Que 30mins.. If come early, advise to buy the token up front when u reach.

Exciting this station also has problem. Long que to exit (only 2 exit machine) but only 1 can exit with token, you only notice when u reach that...
