I made a Buka Puasa reservation at 3:20pm on just now (Friday), the staff txted 3:40+-pm back and say it is still available, and txt back again close to 4pm for booking RM50, need to pre-order before 6pm, nothing about booking to reply before a certain time or else it shall be counted as revoked.

so trying to beat KL traffic and to reach home to pickup the family, I bank in at 5:50. Getting the kid ready and was about to leave, i received a message 6:30 that it is fully booked and no table for me, if I insist to come, can come around 8:30pm.

so I called up the restaurant, they said they called several times and sms to followup and no reply from my side.

The best part is no calls, no sms to follow up but they guy just cancelled and ask to call back for a refund after 9pm.

I am a regular, I come every month because my wife and kid likes to food, sometimes we order takeaway., no doubt the food is good, but the way you treat your customer has deteriorate badly. You provide no solution except to ask me to come at 8:30pm, its fasting month, and at 6:30 it's hard to get a place or food.

I am super disappointed. I don't think I would want to come and support again. Yes you did provide solution after I called several times and complaint to talk to the Manager.

Your food is good, the price is reasonable but please brush up on your customer service and SOP for booking, it's bad. I would rate 0 for that, coming from a regular customer.

This is like long lost friend. About over 30 years since 1st met Coca restaurant at KL plaza(Fahrenheit now).Their most famous food is the steamboat. Its really delicious as I remember but I only order alacart. I saw their Belacan fried rice look delicious in photo so decided to came in. All food I orded meet my taste.They maintain their quality. Good job. 1)Belacan fried rice- Very delicious even you saw the rice abit pale.if can add a bit more belacan then its fntastic. 2)Tom yam seafood nodles- taste good & lot of seafood. 3) coconut slush- so creamy & refreshing with the ice blended.Order the 2nd glass- taste & texture changed. This is watery, no coconut taste, no ice cube blended. Ask the staff about it. They immediately change for me. 4) Service- staffs are friendly, helpful.courtesy is good even there is are staffs came out from kitchen, they saw us & will smile with us like greet us.this is very good. 5) Dessert- mango sticky rice.staff to me don't have.i ask why as this is Thai food signature.then he said finished.
