This time, not worthy even a 1 star.

As a regular and loyal customer, I’ve always loved your food—it’s consistently delicious and comforting, which is why I keep coming back. Previously, I was especially happy with your takeaway service, as the thermal bags provided helped keep the food warm until I got home or while I was running an errands outdoor. The thermal bag also can be re-used for me to takeaway other food while doing free marketing for you guys!

However, I was recently disappointed to discover that this has been replaced with a paper bag. By the time I received my order—around 30 minutes after it was packed—the food had already turned cold. It was genuinely disheartening, as I felt guilty serving my family a cold dinner after a long day of running errands. This change truly impacts the overall experience and quality I’ve come to associate with your brand. Interestingly, I noticed that your outlets in Taiwan still provide thermal bags, which makes this downgrade all the more confusing.

Additionally, I observed something unexpected during my last visit—a few male staff member wearing makeup and lipstick. Yes you read that right! While I fully respect individuality and self-expression, I was surprised as it felt out of sync with the brand’s usual professional appearance. I asked and the boys says is the brand’s regulation? I believe it’s important for staff to feel comfortable at work, but it should also align with the brand image and guest experience.

Lastly, to the female manager wearing spec with hair tied up in bun, I do not owe you money nor know you in person. Please do not be fierce with that kind of face expression and tone.

I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement. As someone who truly enjoys what the original brand has to offer, I’d love to see the focus return to what makes you stand out—great food, thoughtful service, and a consistently high-quality experience (dine-in...

Nice cosy place with pretty good food. We ordered Siew long Bao which were small but tasty, chicken noodles with peanut sauce, and Beef noodle soup. The beef noodle soup was good but the quality of the beef could be better. I had beef noodle soup somewhere else where the beef would melt in your mouth. Also the portion is quite small for RM 37. We also had mango pudding who had a bit too much gelatine in it, a bit too hard to my liking. In terms of service, it started great but went a bit south as the meal was going on. We ordered desserts but asked them to hold it for after we finished our mains, well guess what, they came halfway as we were eating our mains. Also once we finished the mains, our dirty plates, bowls and others were not cleared, they just brought the desserts even though the table was full of dirty dishes. I had to pile them so that we had space on our table for the desserts. It is a shame, the food isn't cheap so the food and service is what can make us pay more than other places. We left feeling we had nice food but is it good enough to come back?...

Today I was extremely not satisfy with their waitress Especially a tall girl.

At first she was being impatient to my request even it my first time simple request the vinegar from her. She sigh in front of me and she take the vinegar to me and put the thing heavily to my table without inform me.

Secondly , when I was not yet complete my dish and just put aside my plate. She even didn't ask for permission whether this is been finish can I take off your plate.

The services from her was terrible and unprofessional.

To be honest I am paying my services tax and as a customer have the right to request on the services.

I will never go into that branch again to enjoy such rubbish services toward me. Hope the management can take this serious in this matter to train your...

The food at this restaurant is average, and the prices are on the higher side. However, I must commend them for their delicious xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), I ordered twice!! The flavors and texture are truly outstanding. Each bite is a burst of savory goodness that is worth every penny. While the overall dining experience may not be exceptional, their xiaolongbao alone makes it a visit worthwhile. The delicate dumpling skin, the flavorful filling, and the perfectly balanced broth inside create a harmonious and satisfying taste sensation. If you're a fan of xiaolongbao, I highly recommend trying theirs. Despite the ordinary food and relatively high prices, the exceptional quality of their xiaolongbao deserves recognition.
