Order ID: db88de32-113e-11f0-b929-197c1a7d9eb6 I ordered at 630pm on 4th April and by 730pm, i called the outlet and was given the answer that the pizza wont be ready until 2 hours later. Asked to speak to the manager but was left waiting for 10mins before i hung up and went to the Alam Damai outlet myself. Arrived and asked to speak to the manager but was told to wait, again. I raised my voice and the manager came out. In summary, the manager wasn't able to do anything to fulfil my order and even told me that it would take up to 3 hours can't even cancel can't even refund can't even make any service recovery
In the end, i did not receive my order at all but SYSTEM UPDATED ME LATER THAT I DID!!!
I just want my refund. From a loyal customer who has been all this while supporting you among all the pizza brands, you suck, big time!
Its not the manager's fault, its your system which is seriously flawed.
Why wait until now? Coz i have already tried to hotline just directs me back to the outlet feedback form: already filled in on the day of the complaint but no reply face to face with manager but she cant do anything to get my refund. So dont ask me to leave my comments in your feedback form in...

On 23rd August (Friday) , I have placed an order cost around rm70 at 9.47pm through Dominos Apps. The nearest branch was Dominos Alam Damai. I waited for almost 2 hours but still didnt received my food and it was already 11pm which I decided to call them but then they said they have received my order but didnt have time to do so. Ordered for delivery on 5 April 2025, 7:45pm via Grab. ETA supposed to be 8:25pm. By 8pm, the order just changed to "in the kitchen." By 9pm, still no update.
Tried calling hotline (1300-888-333) - no one answered.
We had to drive all the way to the Alam Damai outlet just to check.
And what did we find? 2 staff working on pizzas 4 others loitering near the cashier doing nothing Staff had the audacity to say "sabar" after a 1.5-hour wait
I cancelled the order on the spot.
