I’m really disappointed with the service I received at Domino’s on 22 April 2025 at around 9.00pm. The cashier on duty didn’t seem to know how to treat customers with basic courtesy. If handling customers is too difficult, perhaps working in the kitchen would be a better fit. Even when I asked for extra chilli flakes, I was given only two extra flakes — is this really Domino’s official SOP? If so, it’s quite shocking. I requested a female staff to wash her hands after mopping floor. She did it unwillingly with soap and completed the hand wash in less than 2 seconds. Thereafter she handled my pizza dough with bare hands. I’m sure the dough has cleaned up all the remaining unwashed soap from her hands.
