Not sure they charge customer service 6% for what.. Everything customer do by their own self, order also need to go to cashier counter then food also need to take by own self???? Then for what customer paid for service tax? I could not imagine the food to go downhill this quickly. The food was okay 2 months ago when I ate it. However, now, the food isn't fresh anymore. I ordered a Soondubu Jigae and the chicken meat stunk. The chicken meat was not fresh and the soup became smelly as a result. After eating it, I got food poisoning. Also, they claimed that their restaurant is called "mini" for a reason, it means no topping up of vegetable side dishes and lack of staff to clean tables. Adding one more review to this place. My bad didn’t read review first before coming. People been complaining but still no improvement from management, then it’s too bad. Im a die hard fan of kimchi sundubu jigae frm Dubuyo for yearsss but today is the worst! Don’t you have SOP in cooking the dishes? How can it be so different from other branches? Staff are not welcoming at all. And the taste of the jigae is just like a soup with a dash of chili flakes. So watery & clear.🙄 Please take customers...
