Worst service ever. Its Ramadhan its a Friday evening. We to receipt) and we should have a solid 45 minutes to enjoy our meal (yeah I know u guys closes at 9pm). I know we were the 2nd wave of customer to dine late post breaking fast. However the floor staff doesn't make us feel welcome. The floor staff started closing 3 quarter of the store. Thats ok. The not ok part is they start bundling chairs making it noisy with clanking sound and start brooming around. I got my order around 8.35 and started distributing food from the tray i parked on the table beside our table. One of the staff came and handed me the balance of my orders and took the tray away. What’s the rush? The same staff also later waiting behind our table with hands on hip. We felt the urgency during our meal with his presence and he also wandering rushing every opportunity to settle his closing task. Not to forget the clanking sound again stacking chairs and dragging it. I dont expect gourmet restaurant treatment but never i felt being haste while having my meal. Also we ordered mac n cheese for my kid and the cashier suggested to put the spicy sauce on the side. This however was not adhere by your kitchen. Another bummer. Just respect your customer presence. Your meals are meant to be enjoyed not...

Went to eat here with my friend, I had a Joe's burger and she had Jamming with Elvis. Enjoyed our meal and packed back one more jamming with elvis and shroom burger for our friends at home. They shared half half of each burger.

Woke up this morning and all three of my friends who had the jamming with elvis burger are having food poisoning. Two of them are getting better after having diarrhoea but my friend who ate the whole elvis burger with me in the restaurant is still throwing up until now and we need to go to the emergency room or a clinic asap as she is not getting better.

My friend contacted burgerlab to let them know and thankfully they are willing to refund us for the meal, however this is really unacceptable because as a food establishment to be serving something that has made people ill is really the worst thing. My friend has thrown up three times already and is in so much pain from what we thought was a good meal. We're certain is was something in the elvis burger as I'm fine and I'm the only one who did not have any of that one.

Whoever is to blame for this, please do better. I also work in FnB and nothing of this sort has ever happened in my work because we are extremely careful with our food prep and handling. One small slip up has made 3...

This is my first time here. I have heard about this friend and alot of people are asking me to come and review this franchise fast food burger place

Food 👍🏻i really like the nachos and the mushroom fires 👍🏻the mash potato is good too. You can see the potato bits mashed 👍🏻 friend who ordered chicken: ridiculously juicy chicken, yet cheese was a little salty, crazily crispy though. Amazed by the mashed potatoes, real chunks instead of powder. 🫳🏻as for me, my expectations of burger was not met. It wasn’t messy, despite the name. The egg yolk wasnt flowing out as it was cooked. The beef wasn’t juicy but dry. The mushroom is nice. The cheese is good. I added an add-on chicken. Chicken piece choice is good. It was juicy. The cooking method uses breadcrumbs giving it the crispy texture 👍🏻free-flow drinks are always good 👍🏻alot of sauces that are self service at counter

Service 👍🏻staff warned us in advance of the waiting time 👍🏻staff was polite and guide us well 👍🏻at the end staff asked us if we enjoyed our meal and asked if he could clear our trays
