I came at 3 pm today. Booked /reserve early and paid for family dinner (iftar). I was third on the list. Im so annoyed with one of the staff there(idk if he is the manager or wht. Sebab dia yg jaga counter). Sombong at first glance. Then macam layan tak layan. Okay tkpe. I assume dia akan paham ape i order. So i order ramadhan set for my family and add on few things plus drinks. I paid 115 first . Okayy. Then the staff siap ckp . Better you order awal so nnti senang x lambat nak serve. Okay fine. I order .
Bila dh pukul 7, we all dtg. Nothing was serve yet. Okay tkpe. I tunggu. Pukul 7.15, 10 plate noodle smpi. Then air kitaorg. Okay. Then diammmmmmmmm. Smpi pukul 7.30 nothing.(i perasan all meja dh dpt makanan) I panggil the snobbish staff balik, i ckp mana yg lain sbb i ade order extra fried chic , sangkaya, and spring noodle . Then dia ckp ha...... (of course. Dia x letak dlm bill) tu la. Tdi sombong sangat. Time i nk explain x nak dengar.
The set yg i order 30% bru smpi. Nasi kitaorg x dpt langsung. My 72 year old grandfather dpt nasi dia pukul 7:52. Urgghhhhhhg. Geram sangat. Bila i start naik angin bru terhegeh2. Nak cari itu ini. Then my spring noodle x smpi2. I panggil lgi that staff. AND AGAINNNN. DIA LUPA.
Ill give credit tho. 2 staff yg pakai baju hitam semua . Lelaki. And one more malay guy pakai bju merah. They are the one yg help solve the problem . Better fired the snobbish guy. And naikkan pangkat those two boys.
But really kalau i nak dtg makan boat noodle i wont...
Read moreI and my sister arrived at Boat Noodle at 7:30 PM and sat on a chair that still had leftover food, which had not been cleared. I waited for about 5–10 minutes but was not attended to. I raised my hand several times to get the attention of the staff. The only one of the female staff members (name tag was not displayed) came over and handed us the menu but walked away without taking my order even not talking to us.
Shortly after, a new customer arrived, and she took their order first, even though I had been waiting longer. I then called a male staff (wear grey/black stripe shirt) member who was clearing dishes, and he promptly came over and took my order at 7:43 PM (as shown on the receipt).
The attitude of the female staff member was extremely rude. She walked past us with a sour expression and gave an unfriendly glare.
As a restaurant staff member, proper customer service and communication are essential. I believe Boat Noodle provides training, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve the quality of service.
As a paying customer, even for a service charge of RM4, I believe I deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the standard of service I expect from your...
Read moreFloor staff ignored + nodded to our calling but proceed to passing by us and cleaning up other tables instead + serving other customers who are later than us instead - all these before food ordering. Food arrived, no spoon, no condiments, talked to one of the staffs, the reply was "need to wait other customers to finish first". Hello? Why? Are we not customers? The staff is very reluctant to get the condiments for us I wonder why, he walked around the whole store in circles twice doing nothing before getting us the condiments. No spoon still, I had to self service. Another staff, all all the proper laluan, he decided to squeeze between customer's chairs, knocking into us when we are eating, and obviously, no sorrys, twice. Our food also arrived later than those who are later than us. We waited for more than 30mins before our boat noodle arrived, and then another 15mins for our other food to arrive. Food wise, the boat noodle, rm3 for just not even 1 mouth + 1 meatball. Very not worth it.
Never ever going back to any Boat Noodles. The staffs are not properly trained, or they just dont care. I am not willing to pay for service tax at all for this...
