Everything here is so well cooked with perfection, much better than DTF xD this is my first try and won't be the last one!
Started with Specialty dynasty xiao long bao (8 flavours), all is made so precisely with appropriate thickness of the skin and all 8 flavours taste good with fresh soup and tender pork fillings in it! (Do follow the paper guide to better experience in terms of the flavour profile and intensity to enjoy a proper tasting journey)
I ordered my main dish (La mian with crispy pork chop in signature pork bone soup), the broth is so rich yet won't feel too jelat, lamian is very chewy and springy and lastly the crispy pork chop is so tender and delicious....i finish the whole bowl without leaving any trace of soup xD special point to mention where normally my gf don't eat pork meat due to it's smell but surprisingly she seems okay with this pork broth and pork chop, amazing discovery HAHA
My gf ordered her main dish (La mian with prawn and pork dumpling in hot chili vinaigrette (dry), dumpling is fresh where you can taste the bouncy prawn and tender pork filling in it while the noodles has a adequate kick of 'mala' which feel nice at the beginning but this dish alone can feel abit difficult to finish by yourself and it will be better to share, might be the constant numbness and strong scent which can be quite one dimension.
We ordered jasmine tea (min 2 pax), you will be given a big pot with good amount of tea to share and consume. Condiments like ginger slices, vinegar and cili padi are fresh and they are not stingy with it ;)

Today is the first time i'm trying this branch. The scallion noodles are quite good, together with the garlic xiaolongbao
But overall the food quality is mediocre. Not as good as Ikano's branch.
One thing that puts me off is that they claimed the white rice to be Fragrant Japanese Pearl White Rice and charge people RM3.50 per bowl (wah premium)
But when the rice arrived, i took a bite and it tasted like the rice isn't cooked, the quality of the rice is bad like really bad. Like the lowest grade of rice you get from the cheap indian eatery store, but it's much worst than that. Even a normal bowl of white rice taste better and has rice fragrance. This one claimed to be fragrant but doesn't even have the rice taste. The worst i ever had in chinese premium restaurants. I mean if i paid 1 ringgit for the rice im fine but charging people a premium price for the rice and claim to be pearl white rice that's absurb. It really reminded me of spoiled rice with little insects and when you cooked it that's how it taste like, with no fragrance, bad texture and whatsoever. Of course, i hold my benefit of doubt and trust that they wouldn't have the audacity to do that to their customers. 🤷♀️
Service is fast, and pretty good. Luckily the waiters are well trained with manners.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my dining experience at your restaurant today. My friends and I visited your establishment, but we encountered inappropriate behavior from a staff member (ID: D11002) that affected our overall experience.
When we had not yet ordered, this staff member came over and took our menus away. Although we informed him that we had not yet ordered, he seemed to ignore us. Later, when we did place our order, his attitude was very indifferent and gave off a sense of "going through the motions." After we finished our meal and were about to enjoy some cake, he approached us again with the same lackluster attitude to clear the table. When we told him we did not need to order anything else, he again responded with an attitude of impatience.
This level of service left us feeling very unhappy and negatively impacted our dining experience. As customers, we expect to receive warm and attentive service, rather than indifference.
I hope your restaurant can take this matter seriously and provide training to the relevant staff members to improve overall service quality. We look forward to a more pleasant dining experience in the future.
