Gloria Jean's Coffees KDN — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I recently visited Gloria Jean’s and had an unpleasant experience with both the food and service.

First, I ordered a sardine puff that was excessively oily and buttery. To make matters worse, the base had traces of chocolate residue, likely due to an unclean oven used to heat my order. When I shared my feedback with the staff, they appeared displeased and did not even offer an apology.

Additionally, I ordered a doughnut priced at RM7.50, which was extremely dry in texture and barely edible. The ice-blended mocha was also disappointing and lacked quality.

Overall, this visit was a complete waste of both money and time. Will I return or recommend this place to others?...

The coffee's here is delicious and taste premium. My personal favorites is their latte. Variety choice of food is one of their highlights too. The service is good and even during peak hours, the staff would ask us first the time needed for them to prepare instead of blindly leaving the customer to order . That was a good gesture from their team. I don't mind waiting as long the drinks and the food is well prepared and delicious. Keep it up...

It's been a while since I had Gorilla Jeans kopi. Last time was like way back in the early 0's and it wasn't all that. Good to see its better now than then. This here is Irish Nut Espresso or something liddat. Gf also gave thumbs up. "So why 4 stars?" I hear you ask....
