I’m only giving a star for the food. The service was completely disappointing. The staff were incredibly rude, acting as if they were the ones paying. They kept making faces when I asked for something. Even when I requested an extra bowl, one of them kept me waiting while he just stood in front of the cashier. Then he brought over a stack of bowls (4 or 5) when I had only asked for one.
After we finished our food and were chatting for a bit, a staff member suddenly approached us and rudely asked if we were still eating or if they could clear the table, as though they wanted us to leave even though it was only 9 PM. Other customers had just arrived to eat, too. A short time later, they asked us to pay, giving the impression they were ready to close, even though many other people were still enjoying their meals.
When we first arrived, I asked about a table, and a staff member rudely told us we'd have to wait 30 minutes. I pointed out a few tables that looked available, and he said they were a bit wobbly. He told us we could sit there if we wanted but that they wouldn’t change the table after we sat down. That kind of attitude was just shocking.
If you’re that tired of working, maybe it’s time to find a different job. We came from work ourselves and wanted to relax and enjoy a meal. We’re paying customers, not there for a free meal; we’re paying for service, too. This was truly a terrible experience. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this experience pushed me to do so.
Remember this date: November 8, 2024. To the staff managing orders, the cashier, and others, I’m disappointed in how poorly we...
Read moreWe ordered the portion for 3-4 people and it PERFECT for 4 of us! Most of us are big eater btw. The spiciness was level 3? It was bearable for me, I have low spice tolerance. Only need to have some drink after my first bowl. The wagyu was too much okayyy?? I keep getting more wagyu for each scoops of noodles! Each of us got to eat for 2-4 bowls and left the restaurant with first trimester looking tummy 😭 Please wear your loose clothes okieeee. The rice bowl was nice. They forgot to put the wagyu at first, we informed the staff and they served us another fresh bowl of it 😭 As for drinks, the sparkling passion fruit was perfect pair to the noodles. You might get full after eating 2 bowls of the noodles and sick of the taste but the sparkling passion fruit was vv refreshing! I could continue to eat another 2 bowls after that. The fish cakes taste like otak-otak. Coconut water was served with the whole coconut, I think it’s not suitable with the noodles, I got sick of the taste and felt full too early. The sparkling passion fruit was vv helpful to get rid of feeling full. Service was superbbbb. The cashier girls were sporting even though they’re tired of working and fasting. We made reservation 2 days prior and cut the queue. 10/10 would come again. Please open at malls linked with public transportation and I’d be glad to come every week. Everything that we ordered taste superb, rich and flavourful. Please support the business and share...
Read moreSaw quite a few reviews on this place & decided to give this place a try for Sunday lunch. The place was about 60% - 70% full - no one paid us any attention even though there were a few wait staff just hanging/wandering around. We just sat down since there were empty tables around. As it was our first time, we were unsure how/where to order. It took us some time to finally flag someone down for the menu. We had some issues with the QR code on the table & it couldn't load. A wait staff was taking the orders for another table so we thought we had to order via the staff. After taking additional minutes to flag another wait staff, we were finally told to order via the QR code. Thankfully our order went through. The saving grace for this visit was the short wait from the order time to when our food finally arrived.
We ordered:
For the noodles, we find them a little over-rated. Wagyu Beef or normal Beef doesn't make any difference - can't taste the difference. While the beef did taste good & soft, it doesn't really...
