Gong Chá Lotus's Kepong — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I visited Lotus Kepong Menjalara Gong Cha outlet today at around 19.15pm. I ordered Peach Green Tea with Aiyu Jelly and add on black Pearl. Your staff “Mira” is being so impatient and keep showing “black face” towards customer. First, she gave me my drink without Pearl and I noticed that the lid is leaking. She sealed the lid again for me but didn’t add Pearl. I told her again that the Pearl is missing and the lid is still leaking anyway how. But she has no apologise made. After that, she add the Pearl for me and seal the lid again. No apologise made. Listen carefully, is seal again, not change another container or change another lid. I walked few steps, then the water start lid again, over my hands. I go back to her, she told me don’t press it. I told her, when I put it slanted, it will start leaking again. Then she show me a “sigh” face. Wow, ur staff has such a good customer services! Then she sealed the same lid again to me. Throughout the whole incident, she never apologise to me at all, until I yell at her: “what if the water leak again when I put it slightly slanted in the car”? Then she said: sorry. Wow such as a good employee that you had! She has completed break my mood of enjoying the drink and I will never visit to this outlet anymore! Such a low educated and impolite staff that I have ever meet! Pls don’t charge service charge if ur staff can’t service people well....

There is this one and only waitress at the store, and she was very rude, I was already at the counter preparing to order, she sees me but she pretended to not notice me and continues on her phone, I called her 3 times until she ''notice'' me, while I was just right in front of her at the counter, and she was very impatient, when I was about to pay with e wallet and the screen is loading, just one single second, she couldn't wait, she hit the table with the qr scanner very hard and it was very loud, like I am wasting her time keeping her away from her phone, WHILE SHE WAS STILL IN WORKING TIME, this is the first time I had encountered this kind of service as a customer. Worst experience EVER. I would give negative stars if I could, but 1 star is the least I could give with...

Since I am a person who takes care of my health, Gong Cha has a suitable drink which is Health Tea. Freshly brewed tea topped with a generous creamy layer of fresh milk foam..The taste is very fresh and delicious.
