We said you cooked too fast. Outside is cooked but inside its not.. Even the foo chok itself is not cooked, the foo chok is still in white color inside. We did not finish those Yong tau foo.. The fried wontons and fried toufoo is aromatic and crispy. The rest of the items are fresh. Had the steam fish in ginger and garlic- that was nicely prepares too.
