Second visit today, beverages was good, but just as the first visit, the service is highly disappointing.
The girl at the cashier wasn't polite, shows no enthusiasm and doesn't bother to reply to the customers when we were ordering. All the workers seem really dead in their eyesight for which i don't know what reason.
The machine that shows the order number was working, I believe but somehow the workers didn't use it efficiently. We were sitting outside due to the lack of seats indoors and the broken sofa which was already broken last month during my first visit. We were sitting outside so we were paying attention at the machine and waiting for our number to appear. I did indeed notice that out both drinks are done and placed on the counter but I wasn't sure if it was actually mine because the number stated wasn't my order number. Meanwhile the workers were just starring at us rudely to the fact that I can make sure that those were our drinks.
Even after getting my drinks the workers were starring at the customers impolitely and even when I was sitting outside looking through the glass window to look at the menu, they would stare dead into my soul for again, I don't know what reason.

First, she didn't even greet us, when we stand infront of the counter and wanted to place order, she just busy with her stuff and ignoring us, so we just WAIT for her to finish her stuff. When she finished, she didn't even say anything (what would you like to order), but instead just stare at us and wait for us to talk. We then placed the order. The total is Rm28.80, we gave a Rm50 note, she apparently just stare at the note for like 10 seconds then look at us and say "don't you guys have a smaller note?", Ok fine. We gave her rm30 then, when she take it, she asked again "got 80cent"? Ok we gave her again. No thank you no anything. Not sure why she just seems like not enough sleep, she look so dead in her eyesight. Cashier is the first one that should give good impression to every customer that step in your shop. Today, I pass by and wanted to order the drinks but the workers were very busy which I truly understand since there were a lot of orders and also delivery. After waiting for a few minutes, a worker told us we need to scan the QR code provided to order our drinks. However, I had problems with ordering the drinks as I struggle for some time and I tried to communicate with the worker when she walked to the counter, I called her the first time, but she ignored me and I called the second time, she ignored me again, but I did not care because I knew she can hear me and I asked her whether she can help me to order by clicking into the system rather than I order through my phone, she then walked away and continue to make the drinks. I was quite upset and actually quite a lot of people were also struggling to order by the QR Code. I was not happy and walked away without buying any drinks.
