Apologies for not having photos. We were too hungry and food was too good to remember to take pictures. We had the Tokuzyo Special set which was Australian Wagyu, and it was amazing.

Make sure to order everything you want in one go, because any extra orders that arent meat related will take quite a long time to be prepared..

Good food. Good service. Good vibe. Attentive Manager (Chinese guy with glasses) and Captain (Chinese guy with dark blue shirt).

The manager is really nice, he even recognised me eventho we only met a few times at the Desa Sri Hartamas branch. The sense of familiarity by him and the staffs is really what draws me back to KNK.

Love the service from the manager (Kit) and his team (especially Su, Phoo, and Joseph). Very attentive, friendly, knowledgable, and very welcoming, they remembered me and my preferences as well!! However, it saddens me to hear that the Captain (Jun Ti) have already left.. the new one is pretty quiet, which was quite disappointing.

Once again, Great Food + Great Service + Being able to take my time to relax and enjoy my meal = Heaven. One of my favourite...

KnK has been my go-to for grilled Japanese A5 beef. For this branch perhaps the only flaw i would say is no one has offered any help while dealing with their more premium meat.

I been to many of their branches, my fav being in Tanjung Tokong Penang and when it comes to the premium cuts there is usually a staff member which can advise or even help with grilling (if there is the lack of customer).

Overall the meat quality hasn't let me down but would like the service to improve ☺️

A fall from grace in my opinion. I loved this franchise ESPECIALLY for their lunch set and they took that away.

Tbh, since mco days, it has been a slow downhill roll, membership to menu changes.

The ingredients and quality of the food is still top notch but i cant and with a heavy heart say i love this place like i used to.

Also these 2 lunch items as well, were cooked horribly. Not an opinion,...

Their Wagyu beef were very tender and the whole BBQ experience was very pleasant. At first, I was worried that my whole outfit and my hair would smell like BBQ, and people would know where I dined in, but it didn’t. The BBQ setup is unlike many BBQ places. The whole ceramic charcoal pot was removed once we had completed the BBQ and there was no residue.

We also had their crispy pancake. The size is just nice for my friend and I. The staff were attentive and friendly.

One great bonus point in my first visit to KNK restaurant was, I witnessed a spectacular birthday celebration with a Wagyu beef cake gifted to the birthday girl by the restaurant. I was told that the gift is for those who join their membership. (I got the couple’s permission to take pictures and post).

I highly recommend for those who love Wagyu beef to try this...
