Went here twice already and ordered a delivery once or twice and I have to say, there's not a single negative experience, EVER. The first time i tried their food, it was the famous Nasi Mandy Kambing Golek. To just say that it was 'some good food' is an understatement, truly. Mind you, this was a delivery order ok. Now i don't know about other restaurants, but I've never seen any other restaurants that packaged their food with aluminium foil to preserve the heat and so that the lamb will retain its juices and all of its goodness. Sorry, but other delivery from arab restaurants I've experienced who priced their food more expensive than kedaikopikl didn't left me with the same impression. Now onto the taste... I'm a sucker for nasi arab and kambing y'all, so this one hits all the right notes. I know I'm not a food critic or anything, but I LOVE MY FOOD.. And this one deserve all my love and good reviews.
Now, fast forward, last Ramadhan i went here with my fiance (now husband) for buka puasa. Ordered the same thing for myself and lamb chop for my fiance..again, not a single bad experience whatsoever. The food was delectable and fit for a king..and this is not even an exaggeration. You would think, oh no, its Ramadhan, it will be too packed, food might arrive late, tasteless bla bla bla... NOPE. Not here at all. The food, services and ambience was ON POINT. Second time coming here was for a reunion. Again, everything was great and even better when they added a small panipuri stall/menu. The panipuris was amazing too, very authentic.
Sure, the restaurant can be a bit bigger but hey, I'm sure they're planning to expand or already planning to. So it doesn't really matter. What matter is the food and services. You think it's easy to retain a business especially in food industry??
You might be thinking I'm lying cuz i don't have a single photo to prove anything. Its either i forgot to take any and inhaled the good food straightaway or I'm just too lazy lol XD. Don't believe me? Go try it yourself. Don't listen to suara2 sumbang down there who probably 'faked it', went there hoping to get free food for their so-called "food review" or just went there expecting a Gordon Ramsay restaurant level...

Nice ambience, seating available indoor (aircond) & outdoor. Wheelchair might be a challenge as the spacing in between seatings is quite narrow. Limited roadside parking. HALAL. They offer Birthday shoutouts service. Suitable for small gatherings.
Observation:Full house during breakfast. Seated around 10ish am almost 11am (was waiting for friends to arrive so I was observing the situation for quite awhile). Crowd subsided around 11ish am. We submitted our order around 11am, first meal arrived around 10minutes after ordering. Last meal arrived after 12noon! Most annoying is the meal comes 1 by 1. Do you expect us to wait for 1hour or so after the 1st meal is served before all of us can start eating? We enquired about the last pending order 2x, which is fine. Worst: The 2 ladies at food preparation area were fooling around and laughing while preparing our food. I wonder what is so funny about making people waiting too long for their food?? Please be more observant & take the initiative to check if all orders delivered. There must be a reason as for why your patrons haven't start eating yet (there was only 2-3tables occupied that time, how can you not notice we're still waiting?). Taking the courtesy of explaining why your patrons last order is pending too long will be very much helpful.
Nasi lemak ayam 7/10 - sambal too little- stingy!! Fried anchovies tasted burnt. Bubur bakar ayam 9/10 - take way too long to serve (Unacceptable!) Read moreVisited by a recommended. Lunch time wasn't full of people but the staff was attentive. Ordered Roti Bakar Kaya, Nasi Lemak Kambing Golek, Hainanese Chicken Chop. Roti Bakar Kaya- Toasty Bread good kaya taste but please cut the toast fully because mine was only half cut. Nasi Lemak Kambing Golek- Pretty shocked at the Kambing Golek portion for the price of RM 31.5 . I anticipated a small piece filled with bones but I am happy to say I received a balance of meaty and fatty pieces that are delectable. It is tender and not dry with a good amount of seasoning. Onto the Nasi Lemak, the rice isn't too fatty but has a sufficient taste of coconut milk. The anchovies were salty but crispy. The only complaint of the dish is the sambal. The sambal portion is tiny compared to the size of the dish. If you aren't a sambal fan it's enough but if you are you have to request for extra sambal. Another tiny cup costs RM 1 so you're gonna have to portion out your sambal. Wished they provided more Sambal because it is simply insufficient. Hainanese Chicken Chop- Overall I liked it, the chicken was juicy and the batter was crispy though some may see it as thicker than what they like. The sauce reminds me of a Hainanese Chicken Chop though another complaint is the portion of the sauce. Wished there was a bit more sauce to fully enjoy the dish. Overall a pretty satisfying experience. The price is not too bad dine-in for the portion....
