We went for a drive-through. The cashier was super unfriendly. Called us stupid behind our backs.
We went down to the store to order additional food, not knowing that we can only order 5 items for drive-through. The cashier did not even mention the amount to us or the fact that we are unable to buy more than 5 items. He just went on to say that's too many orders in the most insulting way. While we drive to his station, he and his colleague look at us angrily as if we did something wrong to upset them.
While we are ordering the food in-store, we managed to talk to the manager and call out to the cashier who did this. He just went on saying that he didn't do what he did and just trying to ignore the fact that he say anything at all. While we are waiting for our food, we can hear them talking about us at the back of the restaurant. They didn't even say sorry.
Worst drive-through experience ever. At least please show some respect to your customer and tell them nicely next time. Even if you complain about us to your colleagues, at least do it privately and not out in the open when we can hear you...

Order placed at 09:09H and I was told that my egg tarts need 13mins. I said ok, I can wait.
Then, 09:32H still not served. I went to ask, the cashier ignored me. Supervisor then come in and tell me need another 2mins.
And their so called red zone sitting area, some tables and chairs are broken. My teh tarik even spilled. And I almost fell.
By far the worst branch ever. Didn't expect KFC still have such terrible branch existing.
When I'm done with my food and returning the tray. Which was around 09:55H, the floor staff, instead of helping me, he turned away pretending not seeing me, since he was playing with his phone.
After I threw the garbage into the bin, only he walked out.
Till now, still not receiving any apologies from any one. Bravo KFC!

Read moreI would like to raise a complaint regarding the poor service I experienced today. I placed an order through the app and clearly requested chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and extra chili sauce. Unfortunately, none of these requests were fulfilled.
When I asked to swap the chicken for breast meat, the staff informed me that I would need to wait, even though I noticed plenty of chicken already prepared. They refused to make the change. I had already lated 30 minutes to take away, and during this time, I believe it would have been more than possible to prepare chicken breast.
On top of this, the attitude of the staff on duty, a thin male staff member and a female staff member of normal build, was very unprofessional and unplanned. This left me very dissatisfied with the service.
I strongly urge management to provide proper training to these staff members. I do not wish to encounter such service again...
