Worst outing ever! Please be reminded that you have to ask their manager Razi for anything and everything including taking a chair from the bar. Otherwise, you will be asked to vacate that same chair when the bar gets busy! So it all started when 6 of us decided to give this new bar a visit on 26/5. Everything started pretty okay, with pretty basic cocktails to begin with. Starting ordering food and then because there was no table available, we moved from the table to the so called standing area at 9pm, which was fine. Not long after, we took 3 bar chairs from the main bar area to the table around the pillar. Ordered more drinks and continued to enjoy the night. Not long after, we were asked to vacate the chairs by a waiter, in a rude manner! We told him we will not vacate. Soon came the manager, by the name Razi, who came in rudely as well, asking us to return those high chairs to the main bar. We tried to explain that the other patrons also took the high chair but why is it that we have to return it? And he answered, âbecause they asked meâ. Bear in mind that there are still a few empty high chairs by the bar but the manager Razi for some reason wants those chairs returned. Just to make it clear, we ordered lots of cocktails and wine too. (In case you are thinking we are hogging the place without spending). Mr. Razi said we have to ask him for whatever we do in the bar, so I asked him if I ineeded to go to the toilet? Haha! No answer from him unfortunately. Such a poor attitude manager, which resonates to all other employees in the...

My friends and I were visiting from SG and were looking forward to having a good time at this bar. The moment you head to the second floor (where their bar is located), the unfriendly bouncers will greet you with, "vomitâ pay $200", no sense of courtesy whatsoever. I got pointed to a board saying "no caps allowed" and the bouncers there rudely told me to remove my capâ and so I did. Upon entering the club, I saw two people in caps (you can roll the cctv to see how many men were in caps in the bar) and thus, I put my cap back on because my hair wasn't in the best state that night. The moment I put it on, my arm got pulled by one of the bouncers with him telling me off. To quote, he said "Do you understand what I said?" I didn't get the physical gesture he made and I told him there were other people in caps as well. He murmured something incomprehensible and then kept insisting I take my cap off. I couldn't take it so I just left the bar.
It's funny how the team is so adamant about the "no cap policy" in the bar but if you head to their Instagram, you can see plenty of guests (and even DJ's) in caps on the IG posts they've posted. Please be consistent if you want the no-cap rule in place. This honestly was very uncomfortable for me and my friends and I just wanted a good time. (If you guys are thinking about deleting said IG posts, don't worry they've been downloaded and...
Read moreI visited this place at 9.30 pm last night and I was impressed with their service. I booked a table for 10 pax 2 weeks ago and paid a deposit of RM100. What was impressive is, when I arrived, they had a printed name list of the nightâs booking. It was organized! We were ushered to our table and a table for 10 pax looked like it was meant for 15-16 pax. Another plus point! Loved that. In terms of pricing for bottles of liquor, it was not that bad, very understandable due to the area. I would suggest taking the twin bottle promos. Those were reasonable :)
Our waiter for the night was Paul and another tall guy that I regret not getting his name. They were wonderful! Paul made so much effort to keep asking if we were okay and if I needed anything else. At one point of the night, I saw two waiters making sure the toilets were clean and this is another plus point for me. They made sure everything was tip top but I feel so sorry for them as some customers are so dirty and careless when using the cubicles. Floors were wet, tissues were everywhere despite the waiters doing their job. I hope some of these patrons - in the future will be more responsible the next time they use the toilets. Kudos to the staffs in Kokomo! Bouncers were also very nice to us! You guys are wonderful. We will come back...
