I wouldn’t come back here again, and here’s why.

We’ve previously opened bottles here for a party before. It was not a small amount. The bill was significantly more than you’re average night out. Like a 5 figure bill.

Then we had leftover bottles, to be consumed within 3 months. However, when we tried to book a table, we were told, there is a minimum of and additional 1 bottle spend for the sitting table. Which I opted out for and asked for an alternative option as we already have lots of alcohol in custody.

When we arrived, the table they put us in was a single standing table, comfortable for maybe 2-4 people, and my reservation was for 10 people with 4 bottles in custody. Felt like they purposely tried to make us uncomfortable so we would open more bottles.

Next, I then proceeded to ask about what are the options for the bottle for a sitting table, and it was now a minimum spend of 2 bottles for the sitting table, instead of 1, “because it was Friday”. Again, it felt like another weak attempt to take advantage of returning customers.

Needless to say, I was annoyed. We just finished what we had and proceeded to Kokomo, which was far more happening and had better service.

I personally would have treated returning customers with bottles in custody way better than how I was treated...

No comment on their cocktail but their service need to be improved.

We were given false hope that there's seats for us by one of the waiter, understand there's miscomm among the crew but no alternative was given well even to say sorry we are full. We were left standing on a pack friday night.

We got a seat after we checked we were allowed to seat there, we ordered shots and wine, come to know later that the table its booked, our bottle was taken away out of no where from one of the waitress and jus tell us to move rudely without offering an alternative until I ask another waiter offering us a place to stand as one of the customer is leaving. What's amazing is it happened at 12+ midnight, what a bummer, I didn't know their reservation can be all night long.

To be fair, the vibe is not too bad. Maybe we are jus the unlucky bunch. I did have a very good service from one of the waiter when I was ordering shots. Understand that they are running business, but I hope they can really improve on their management of customer when they are full in setting the...

Visited Oct 2018 - the place was great up until midnight when the “rempit boys” came in, with air kosong and hogged the tiny dance floor. This wasn’t great especially since we had to pay RM2K for 3 bottles to get the limited sofa lounge only for the sofa space to be invaded by the crowd! At some point the place got so crowded(mind you space is very limited as it’s 1 unit shoplot) there was barely space to breathe...yes it gets very smoky!! I would probably visit again on a weekday to try out their cocktails as I didn’t get a chance to do that..,BUT the club should try making the place more exclusive with better crowd control.
