Kopi dan Studio — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Came here around 12.30-ish on a Sunday. Place was fairly full but not packed, just nice. love the simple and clean interior with few seats "outdoor". Definitely can come to chill with friends. Price is reasonable for the area. We ordered:-

1. Lempeng Sambal Bilis Petai - 9.5/10 The sambal was awesome, usually people will give sambal bilis but they went a step ahead by putting petai inside it, love it! (but maybe not for people who dont like petai) Lempeng was also great, u get two pieces of them, each about the size of a medium sized plate. Just wished the lempeng was warm instead of room temp hence the 9.5 score instead of 10.
2. Shaksuka with sourdough bread - 8/10 The sourdough bread was fluffy and crispy on the outside, perfect condition to dip into the shaksuka. The shaksuka itself was decent, a bit on the oily side but taste wise, good!
3. Signature Mee Kari Tiger Prawn - 8/10 It was great, just be prepared to use your hands to get the prawn meat! curry was full of taste, creamy but not too creamy so as to drown the curry taste. The long beans are on the harder side but still acceptable. Just that I wished there's more fish cake/tauhu lampung in it - considering the price. As you can see from the picture, the components are only the ones on the top, bottom are all mee. It was okay nevertheless.
4. Long black - 9/10 Just like any other good long black
5. Teh Tarik - 8/10 No picture but it was great, not too sweet.
6. Chamomile iced tea - 7/10 They should've let the tea brew in hot water a bit longer before putting the ice for more chamomile taste but not that big deal.

Staff were friendly and helpful :) plus point, it has no service tax!! Parking here is known to be hard so good luck on that. Will definitely come here again if I have to pick a place to chill...

As I entered the charming cafe on the first floor, I was immediately greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior exuded a cozy, homey vibe, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Despite it being around 4 pm, the cafe was bustling with activity, with groups of friends and families gathered around tables, chatting and enjoying each other's company.

I decided to indulge in a slice of lime cake paired with a smooth Americano. As I took my first bite of the cake, I was pleasantly surprised by its exquisite taste. The tangy flavor of the lime was perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the cake, creating a delightful harmony of flavors. Each bite was a blissful experience, leaving me craving for more.

The Americano complemented the cake impeccably, its bold and robust flavor cutting through the sweetness, creating a harmonious combination. As I savored every sip and bite, I couldn't help but appreciate the culinary craftsmanship of the cafe's offerings.

Overall, my experience at this cafe was nothing short of delightful. From the cozy ambiance to the delectable treats, it was truly a memorable visit. I would highly recommend stopping by for a slice of their lime cake and a cup of Americano for anyone looking for a satisfying...

Came here for a lil catch up session with a friend and since its a business own by a friend, i was excited to come and support. The vibe was great. I loveeeeee the atmosphere and the coffee and the curly fries. However, at first i saw one of the staff was being a bit rude to a guy customer during his order. Later on, me and my friend received quite a rude service by the same staff. I truly apologise for not being aware of the operation hour, but the staff (she) could be a bit polite towards us when informing. We were seating outside at the balcony area, when at 7pm she came and straight away took my glass of drink which is half full and ask "yg nie nk bungkus ke". I was like. "Kedai nak tutup dah ke?" This is just my 2 cents, but she could atleast come and say something like "sorryy, tapi kedai nk tutup da. Nak sye bungkus kan tak air nie?" Thennnn baru lah ambil the glass. The way she treated us at that time mcm nak halau us cpt2 suruh balik. I am very sorry that we took ur time and not aware of ur closing time.
