Prana Yoga is just a wonderful place to practice!!
The teachers here are very experienced, well qualified, patient and welcoming. You can just tell that the teachers here love to teach and it just spurs me to want to learn from them. I've found classes I've attended here both fun and challenging. I greatly appreciate that the teachers are very focused on students practicing with good technique and proper alignment to prevent injuries and to maximise the benefit gained from each pose or move. I think my practice and fitness level has improved a lot since I've joined their classes. The best part of practicing here is that I usually leave class feeling accomplished and in a much better mood to tackle the day.
They provide yoga and mat pilates for all levels of capabilities, offering modifications and hands on adjustments, if and when required. The studio is always clean, well ventilated, unpretentious and bright. Parking is on site and fairly easy when you consider they're located in TTDI.
I found, and first came to, Prana Yoga purely by happy chance. After 7+ years of practice here, I still very much look forward to going to my next class. I would heartily recommend...

Besides the studio (pre & post facelift) location/ safety / ample parking/ surrounded by trees & chirping birds/ natural air, ALL the teachers are absolutely wonderful, wonderful, wonderful ; their sincerity, determination , commitment level, connection with the students, genuine care for their students capabilities , is really something else. Personal touch & correction of poses , 100% hands down! I tell myself that I am so so blessed to have found this "sanctuary". You dont just learn about the Yoga / Pilates practice, you learn to have fun & laugh (alot at yourself!) & make good friends (teachers included!) The Sanskrit asana names constantly referred to throughout the practise is brilliant & so full of oomph ...because some of them are so hard to pronounce! (Raymond's ' Anjaneyasana', Edison's "Chaturanga Dandasana" , Angeline's "Shirshasana" are some that I cannot forget))

Read morePrana Yoga is my sanctuary. I love the studio. I feel happy and zen each time I come out from a class. I have been dabbling with practicing yoga for a decade but without consistency. For the past year and a half, I have been practicing consistently and with guidance, instructions and support from Raymond, I have improved tremendously. I could not squat before due to an injury of my lower back. Now I can squat with joy. Downward dog was a struggle. Now I can hold my downward dog without struggle. Recline hero pose was impossible without 3 bolsters and 4 blocks. Now I can get into the pose with one bolster and one block!! I feel stronger and I now enjoy...
