Absolutely "tidak apa attitude" aka couldn't be bothered attitude when I've seated there for almost 10mins! Even when i hailed for the Indian/Bangladeshi workers to take my orders, they just turned a deaf ear!🤯 Seriously!! I had to raise my voice (and this is my 1st time doing so in a so-called cafe) to get their attention in taking my orders which was Only Roti Sardine and a glass of Halia "O" no sugar! Believe it or not, I waited for 15 mins and Nothing was served! It was running on 3/4 full house at 11pm, yet the waiters were totally ignorant. I understand the chaotic situation but this is totally unacceptable.

I’ve been going almost 16 years to plita Bangsar But today I’m disappointed and feel very insulting when one of the waiter asked me about the drink and when I said no, he was Stare at me like insulting me like I cannot afford a drink I have some health issues so sometime I avoid the water after food so I don’t even ask about the warm water but this waiters I don’t understand.
