horrible experience. not my first time here. but my recent visit would be my last.
usually i would just order at the cashier. but during my recent visit, theres an unusual crowd. so i queued like usual, wanting to place my order at the cashier. after waiting in line for about 15 minutes, i was told to order first at the other end (where they make the sandwich). which is ridiculous then she proceeded to take my order and told me to pass the receipt at the staff thats making the sandwich. i said okay. i then had to line up again about 10minutes to pass my receipt but none of the staff acknowledge me when there was nobody else in line. so i asked whether or not i need to pass my receipt, to which she just gave me the "talk to the hand" signal. rude. then a customer walked in and she happily greet them and asked "would you like to order?". and i stood there confused not knowing whether they need my receipt/they know my order/what do i do. i then went up to the cashier again and asked whether or not i need to give them my receipt and also told them that they are ignoring me. and their reply was "banyak order"... ok and what? i am a paying customer too. she then gave me my drink and told me to just sit and wait at the table.
i ordered to dine in. but was given a takeaway pack.. and without the chips.
more than 5 staffs, yet cant manage.
after reading most of your recent reviews, you should really hire new staffs...

BUT they said can't help, they don't know anything, with not my business and please go away face. I asked for their manager or any management number that I could contact, they refused to give with reason can't simply give away manager number, and they didn't know who to call also.
Everything also don't know, and I was wondering how come they can work there. Not willing to help at all. Very bad experience and will never go back!
