sandwich and some tea ... biasa, fast food joint quality ... did not have to wait for long for the order to be prepared

staff : one was helpful and pleasant ... the others gave the impression that they were disengaged and unhappy to deal with customers

cleanliness : mediocre, although the tables get cleared after customers have left (unlike that reported in some of the earlier reviews), the food trays were filthy ... so basic ... gotta up your game, o'brien

A Month of embarrassed sauna breakfast experience @ Obriens Glen Eagle.

I've been visiting your restaurant in Jalan Ampang, Glen Eagle Hospital for the past couple of weeks (at least twice a week). Overall I've been truly impressed by the food you served, which makes me a returning customer ever since my first visit.

There are a million reasons to visit Obriens all the time, but one critical factor that's always stopping us is the environmental factor. There is 2 segmentation of seating areas in the outlet (Outdoor & Indoor). We would certainly not go for the outdoor option because the seating area is directly exposed to sunlight and the 2 industrial fans are non-functional.

On the other hand, the major part of our feedback would go to the consistency of indoor air condition failure. We often sweat very heavily after enjoying a delicious breakfast, especially after having hot coffee or tea which frustrated most of the people in our group as they will require to work for another 8 hours in the office under sweaty conditions. The air-condition is broken down every time we asked, which resulted us thinking twice again before we visit again.

By writing this feedback, we hope Obrien will definitely look into this matter. In order for us and of course your other customers to have a more pleasant breakfast experience at...

After a checkup at Gleneagles, I was looking for a healthy meal and came across O’Briens at Building B. The place looked spacious and clean, so I decided to give it a try.

I had their Soup of the Day: Chicken Cream, but was very disappointed. The soup was served cold, wasn’t creamy at all, had no trace of chicken, and lacked any real flavor. 1/5

Next, I tried the Chicken Tripledecker Toast. Unfortunately, the vegetables, especially the lettuce, were not fresh and looked like they were already going bad. The chicken crispers were too hard, and the toasted bread tasted stale and dry. 1/5

Lastly, I ordered an iced lemon tea. It was filled with ice, lacked any real tea aroma, and wasn’t refreshing at all. 1/5

Overall, I would not recommend this place even for patients seeking a healthy recovery meal. For the price, it’s just...
