Would not recommend this service due to poor accountability and lack of customer care. I placed an order for edible printing and clearly indicated the required delivery date. Despite multiple follow-ups to confirm the status, I was only informed after I called that delivery could not be made on the requested date because it fell on a Saturday, when they do not operate. What’s worse, their “solution” was to suggest delivering on a weekday at short notice, effectively expecting me to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. This was only communicated after I chased for an update; there was no proactive notice at all. To add to the frustration, WhatsApp responses were slow and unhelpful. Overall, very disappointing experience and a clear lack of professionalism.

Update: The shop expected me to keep checking my mailbox from 3pm onwards without any notification, despite informing me over the phone that a Lalamove tracking link would be shared. To make matters worse, the receipt itself clearly states that delivery would be via Lalamove, not through a...

Decided to try other avenue of pastry shop and wanted to buy chocolates related items. To my surprise, they did not carry certain items, which is to my disappointment. For instance, Varlhona Chocolate and White Square shape cake base. It is pretty basic for every pastry shop to carry such items. Travel so far and only come back with few items at hand only. Apart from that, only positive side was the service catered by a wonderful Ms Diana who attentively accommodated us to our needs. She went an extra mile to make us comfortable in the premise. For 23 years l have been a customer for only one product, cocoa powder.yet l was treated as a good customer with cheerful smiles from both sides. The price was very competitive n product of good quality. Actually they are supplier to high end hotels for kitchen utensils, n bakery products too. The whole area was well stocked n tidy. They sell high quality bakery products at competitive prices. As for kitchen utensils , sorry l have no knowledge of it at all, so there is no way l can elaborate. The staff is friendly, courteous n with good product knowledge. So you may come here for a try....
